Fabriano & Bologna 2026: A Beautiful Watercolour Journey

I’ve recently returned from the Fabriano in Acquarello Exhibition 2026, feeling truly inspired.

It was a joy to have my watercolour “Poppy Whispers of the Meadow” featured alongside so many incredible works. I felt honoured to be one of ten artists representing England.

The event was filled with inspiration—from watching live artist demonstrations to exploring art materials from leading suppliers. Every day, artists gathered across the city for collective plein air painting, and I was delighted to join them in Bologna, surrounded by the city’s beauty and a wonderful creative energy.

Meeting and talking with artists from around the world made the experience even more special, and I’m truly grateful for the new friendships and unforgettable moments that came from it.
